Vertebral Body Compression Lesions

Course Objective: This course will help to identify key history answers that indicate signs, symptoms and causes of compression lesions. The DC will learn to distinguish radiological characteristics of different lesions and diseases, as well as understand the mechanisms and causes of demineralization with a focus on Schueuermann's Disease vs osteoporotic and pathological compression fractures. Case studies included to determine appropriate imaging and management strategies based on current research.
