Course Objective: Also titled 'Craniocervical Hemodynamics and Subluxation', this course will cover the normal anatomy of hemodynamics at the craniocervical junction, the role that subluxation of the craniocervical junction may play in altering these hemodynamics, the primary sources of blood in and out of the calvarium, the relationship between these blood pathways and cerebral spinal fluid flow, the primary functions of cerebrospinal fluid, and the literature which shows that altered CCJ hemodynamics can lead to decreased brain health.
