Course Objective: The Special Needs Specialist is an 8- module online program for Doctors of Chiropractic to expand their concept of optimal potential regarding the special needs person.  Class participants can expect to receive progressive training on how the special needs brain works, learn to adapt neurotypical scenarios for non-neurotypical people, gain insight into neurological development of the brain and consider advances in the treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders.

Format: Powerpoint with audio visuals and course handout.
